Purpose 
To establish an international school (foreign educational institution) by attracting a top-ranked American prestigious private school (non-profit school corporation) to the school site in the Pohang City Free Economic Zone.
In particular, to secure a stable student recruitment rate, unlike other local international schools, we plan to recruit more than 50% of the student capacity (600 students) as international students.
To attract foreign students, the school plans to build 'student dormitories' and 'residences for teachers, students, and teachers' families' through civil liberties on the school site. 

Pohang City should introduce the 'Real Estate Investment Immigration System' in consultation with the Ministry of Justice and actively utilize it to simultaneously attract foreign capital and students.
